Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou aminokyselin s rozvětveným řetězcem (BCAA) přítomných v potravinových doplňcích. Teoretická část je věnována obecné charakteristice aminokyselin, proteinů a potravinových doplňků. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) present in food supplements. The theoretical part is devoted to the general characteristics of amino acids, proteins and food supplements.
