Abstract:
Práce se zabývala infračerveným nedestruktivním testováním (IRNDT) tloušťky povlaků. Cílem práce bylo ověření použitelnosti standardních IRNDT technik pro testování povlaků a vytvoření nového algoritmu vyhodnocení a nového způsobu buzení. Nový způsob buzení i vyhodnocení měl přinést lepší výsledky z pohledu rychlosti a přesnosti měření oproti standardně používaným technikám a vyhodnocením. Problematika …more
Abstract:
This thesis dealt with infrared nondestructive testing (IRNDT) of coating thickness. Thesis goals were a verification of IRNDT applicability for a coating thickness testing, a new evaluation algorithm design and a new excitation design.
