Disertační práce se zaměřuje na současné vymezení definice závislé práce ve vztahu k zastřenému výkonu závislé práce. Cílem práce je nabídnout vhodnější právní úpravu závislé práce, resp. směr, kterým by se právní úprava mohla v této oblasti ubírat. The dissertation focuses on the definition of dependent work in relation to the disguised performance of dependent work. The aim of the thesis is to propose a more appropriate legal regulation of dependent work. The thesis deals with the definition of illegal work and the interconnection of this concept with the concept of dependent work.
