Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vedení auditorského spisu, a to konkrétně na jeho dokumentaci. Záměrem je porovnat různé možnosti dokumentace a vedení auditorských spisů v programech, které jsou přímo pro tyto účely vytvořené. První kapitola pojednává o auditu jako takovém, o jeho definici, typech a metodách. Druhá kapitola se zabývá Mezinárodními standardy auditu a dalšími standardy které jsou významné pro účely auditu. Dále jsou v kapitole přiblíženy auditorské postupy a také je blíže rozepsán Mezinárodní auditorský standard ISA 230, který upravuje povinnosti auditora ve vztahu k vypracování dokumentace auditu. Ve třetí kapitole jsou porovnávány společnosti CaseWare a DATEV z hlediska jejich historického vývoje a nynějších nabízených produktů a služeb. Dále je v kapitole porovnání formulářů z programu CaseWare a z Příručky KAČR. V závěru je pojednání o rozdílech a zjištěných skutečnostech z porovnávání formulářů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of audit files, specifically on their documentation. The aim is to compare different options for documentation and management of audit files in programs that are created specifically for these purposes. The first chapter discusses the audit itself, its definition, types, and methods. The second chapter deals with International Standards on Auditing and other standards that are significant for audit purposes. Furthermore, the chapter outlines audit procedures and also elaborates on International Auditing Standard ISA 230, which regulates the auditor’s obligations in relation to the preparation of audit documentation. The third chapter compares the companies CaseWare and DATEV in terms of their historical development and current products and services offered. The chapter also compares forms from the CaseWare program and from the KAČR Handbook. In conclusion, there is a discussion about the differences and facts found from comparing the forms.
