Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou povrchové úpravy dřevěných výrobků, které jsou určeny pro styk s potravinami. Literární část se zabývá stručným přehledem nátěrových hmot. Blíže je řešena problematika produktů, které přijdou do styku s potravinami z hlediska použitého materiálu, povrchové úpravy a legislativních požadavků. Experimentální část práce se věnuje ověřením fyzikálně-mechanických, chemických a vzhledových vlastností zkušebních vzorků. Jako podkladový materiál byly zvoleny čtyři druhy masivního dřeva, v závislosti na analýze sortimentu kuchyňského náčiní družstva Dřevotvar. Vzorky byly dokončeny pěti druhy nátěrových hmot s atesty pro styk s potravinami. U vzorků byla zkoumána odolnost proti působení studených kapalin, potravin a otěru. Kromě vzhledových vlastností byl stanoven také stupeň lesku. Zátěžovou zkouškou byla zkouška odolnosti proti umývání v myčce. V neposlední řadě byly změřeny emise VOC z použitých nátěrových hmot. Výsledkem práce je stanovení nejlepší kombinace podkladu a nátěrové hmoty a porovnání se současnou variantou, využívanou ve výrobě družstva Dřevotvar.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of surface treatment of wooden products intended for contact with foodstuffs. The literature part deals with a brief overview of coatings. The problem of products that come into contact with foodstuffs in terms of the material used, surface treatment and legislative requirements is discussed in more detail. The experimental part of the thesis is devoted to the verification of physical-mechanical, chemical and visual properties of test samples. Four types of solid wood were chosen as the base material, depending on the analysis of the range of kitchen utensils of the Dřevotvar cooperative. The samples were finished with five types of food-safe coatings. The samples were tested for resistance to cold liquids, food and abrasion. In addition to the appearance properties, the degree of gloss was also determined. The stress test was a dishwasher resistance test. Last but not least, the VOC emissions from the coatings used were measured. The result of the work is the determination of the best combination of substrate and paint and a comparison with the current variant used in the production of the Dřevotvar cooperative.
