All-round physical development of the youngest wrestlers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší téma všestranného pohybového rozvoje u nejmladších zápasníků. Věkově se jedná o kategorii dětí od 13 let, které se mohou aktivně účastnit tuzemských i mezinárodních soutěží. Je psána teoreticky, vychází z mnoha autorů a může sloužit jako stručná a přehledná metodika pro přípravu mladých zápasníků. Cílem práce je popsat, jak se rozvíjí pohybové vlastnosti sportovce a jak se upevňuje vztah k vlastní sportovní disciplíně. Práce je členěna do kapitol. Problematiku zkoumá od obecného k jednotlivostem. Charakterizuje řecko-římský zápas včetně jeho stručné historie, pravidla zápasu, tělesný a psychický vývoj dětí a pohybové schopnosti dětí zahrnující koordinační, rychlostní, vytrvalostní a silové schopnosti, technicko-taktickou a psychologickou přípravu. Poslední kapitola se zabývá správnou životosprávou dětí- sportovců.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dealing with a subject of the youngest wrestlers´all-round movement development. Agewise it´s a cathegory of children to the age of 13 who can actively compete in both national and international competitions. It is written theoretically, based on many authors and can be used as a brief methology for preparation of young wrestlers. The goal of this thesis is to discribe the development of athletes motoric qualities as well as to describe the strengthening of the relationship to proper sports discipline. The thesis is divided into chapters. The subject is being observed from general to concrete. It describes greco-roman wrestling including its brief history, rules of a match, physical and mental development of children and children´s motor skills including skills of coordination, speed, stamina and strength and technically-tactical and mental preparation. The last chapter is dealing with a right diet for children as sportsmen.
