Therapeutical Possibilities in Enthesopathy of Lateral Epicondyle of the Humerus

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje dostupné informace o entezopatii radiálního epikondylu humeru. Zabývá se lokálním a globálním přístupem k terapii tohoto onemocnění. Na základě anatomických a kineziologických vztahů přibližuje význam globální terapie. Popisuje etiopatogenezi laterální epikondilitidy a poukazuje na postupný vývoj a odlišnost názorů na ni. Následně shrnuje specifickou diagnostiku a terapii z lékařského hlediska. Ve speciální části je pak podrobněji rozebrána rehabilitační diagnostika a možnosti terapie. V kazuistické části je demonstrován pacient s diagnózou epikondilitis lateralis lat. dx., se zaměřením na globální přístup terapie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis summarizes available information about the enthesopathy of the radial epicondyle of the humerus. It consider local and global approach of therapy. Based on the anatomical and kinesiological relations it brings out an importance of a global therapy. It describes the etiopathogenesis of lateral epikondilitis and points to a gradual development and divergence of opinions on it. Then summarizes the specific diagnostics and treatment from a medical point of view. Later in the special part is in detail analyzed rehabilitation diagnostics and possibilities of the therapy. In the casuistic part is demonstrated a patient with the diagnosis epikondilitis lateralis lat. dx., with focus on global access to treatment.
