Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem a rozšířením javoru babyky (Acer campestre L.) na území Školního lesního podniku Masarykův les Křtiny. Cílem bylo zjistit jeho zastoupení v jednotlivých věkových třídách, analyzovat prostorové rozmístění a modely výchovy v rámci školního polesí. Důraz byl kladen na hodnocení významu tohoto druhu v lesních porostech s ohledem na jeho ekologické vlastnosti Praktická část práce spočívala v analýze dat z Lesního hospodářského plánu (LHP) a terénních šetření na vybraných zkusných plochách. Výsledky ukazují, že babyka je nejvíce zastoupena v mladších a středně starých porostech. Javor babyka je součástí druhově bohatých porostů zejména v nižších a středních polohách a má předpoklady pro zvýšení svého zastoupení v rámci hospodářských lesů. Práce přispívá k lepšímu poznání role tohoto původního druhu v současné i budoucí lesnické praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence and distribution of baby maple (Acer campestre L.) in the territory of the Masaryk Forest School in Křtiny. The aim was to determine its representation in different age classes, to analyze its spatial distribution and patterns of education within the school forest. Emphasis was placed on assessing the importance of this species in forest stands with regard to its ecological characteristics The practical part of the work consisted in the analysis of data from the Forest Management Plan (FMP) and field surveys in selected plots. The results show that baboons are most abundant in younger and middle-aged stands. The Norway maple is part of species-rich stands, especially in the lower and middle elevations, and has the potential to increase its representation in the management forests. This work contributes to a better understanding of the role of this native species in current and future forestry practice.
