Abstract:

Diplomová práce přiblíží demografické, sociální a ekonomické aspekty života raně novověkého venkovského obyvatelstva farnosti Srbská Kamenice v letech 1670-1770. Studie bude konfrontována s teoriemi studia populací - protoindustrializační teorií, teorií ekotypů a teorií European marriage patterns. Nejprve bude přiblížen hospodářský charakter panství Česká Kamenice, do kterého farnost náležela. Práce se detailně zaměří na sociální strukturu a profesní skladbu obyvatelstva a na populační vývoj, který ve sledované době prodělal výrazný vzestup. Následně budou podrobně analyzovány jednotlivé fenomény populačního vývoje a životního cyklu obyvatelstva farnosti. Diplomová práce se pokusí tyto jevy zasadit do širšího významu konfrontací s jednotlivými populačními teoriemi a zahraničními i českými výzkumy obdobného charakteru.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the demographic, social and economic aspects of the life of early modern people in the rural environment of Srbská Kamenice parish in the period 1670-1770. The findings of the study are viewed through the prism of European marriage-patterns theory, proto-industrialisation theory, and ecotype theory. The thesis first presents the economic character of the early modern manor of Česká Kamenice and the parish of Srbská Kamenice. The aim is to detail social structure, professions, and the increasing demographic development of the inhabitants of the parish. The thesis closely analyzes chosen demographic phenomena and the life cycle aspects of the rural early modern people. The results of the study are assessed in light of European marriage-patterns theory, proto-industrialisation theory and ecotype theory largely discussed in the historiography.
