Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na odpovědnost za distribuci originálních dílů a příslušenství ze ŠKODA Parts Center. Na základě teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování, popisu dodacích podmínek Incoterms a analýzy současné situace je navržena rozhodovací matice, která může být použita pro stávající i potenciální nové zákazníky. Tato matice je založena na základních rozhodovacích kritériích, jako je ochota zákazníka ke změně, průměrná cena a synergie v dopravě. Definice modelu také zohlednila dopad na zisk a ukazatel Logistické náklady z obratu. Navržená matice je poté použita v ilustrativním příkladu, konkrétně při ověřování správnost rozhodnutí změnit odpovědnost za dopravu pro pobaltské zákazníky.

Abstract:

This master thesis focuses on responsibility for the distribution of Genuine Parts and Accessories from ŠKODA Parts Center. Based on the theory of multi-criteria decision-making, description of delivery conditions Incoterms, and analysis of the current situation, it is proposed a decision matrix that can be used for both existing and potential new customers. This matrix is based on essential decision-making criteria such as customer willingness to change, average price, and transportsynergies. The definition of the model also took into account the impact on the profit contribution and logistic KPI Logistic Cost of Sales. The proposed matrix is then used in an illustrative example, namely verifyingthe correctness of the decision to change the responsibility for transport for Baltic customers.
