Abstract:
Rostliny vyvinuly složité aktivní i pasivní mechanismy, aby se dokázaly vyrovnat s biotickými interakcemi. Teoretická část práce shrnuje interakci rostlin s endofytickými houbami a zdůrazňuje roli endosymbiotických organismů v rámci biologické kontroly. Plants have developed a complex mixture of active and passive mechanisms to cope with biotic interactions. The theoretical part of this thesis reviews plant interactions with endophytic fungi and highlights the role of endosymbionts in biological control.
