Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lineární registrace medicínských obrazů, zejména pak optimalizačními procedurami využívanými v tomto procesu. Popsány jsou jak klasické metody lokální optimalizace, tak metaheuristické metody vhodné pro optimalizaci globální. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the problem of linear registration of medical images, especially with the optimization procedures used in this process. Both classic methods for local optimization and metaheuristic methods suitable for global optimization are described.
