Manažerská role současného umělce

Present-day artists and their role as managers
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o problematice prolínání role umělce a manažerské role, kterou umělec zastává. Bakalářská práce zkoumá vztah umělec – manažer v českém kontextu. Cílem práce je zjistit do jaké míry je umění prosadit se, klíčové pro tvorbu umělce, a jakým způsobem manažerská role ovlivňuje nebo modifikuje tvorbu umělce.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis, I deal with the merging of the roles of artist and manager, and I explore the artist/manager relationship in the Czech environment. The aim is to find out how crucial artists’ self-assertion skills are and in what ways their roles as managers affect or modify their work.
