Anotace:

With the continuous changes in the competitive environment of enterprises, the pressure of market competition facing enterprises is increasing. Carrying out enterprise human resource management work, improving the quality of human resource management, and achieving the consistency of human resource management with business strategies are becoming an important management content of enterprise human resource management departments. Scientific and effective human resource management has a positive effect on the smooth realization of business strategies. This article focuses on the consistency between human resource management and business strategy, and analyzes the positive impact of the consistency between human resource management and business strategy on the company.
