Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zajímal o využití aktivních a inteligentních systémů v balení potravin. Vzhledem k tomu,že balení potravin patří k nejsložitějším procesům v potravinářském průmyslu, je řešení jakéhokoli problému s ním spojeného velmi aktuální. Za účelem uvedení čtenáře do problematiky obsahuje práce literární rešerši, která podává základní informace o technologii těchto systémů a popisuje dostupné možnosti jejich použití.Dále jsou pak uvedeny používané postupy balení potravin v současné době. V následující části jsou pak popsány současné trendy v balení potravin a reálné vyhlídky na budoucnost v tomto oboru. Závěrem je uvedeno několik teoretických kombinací použití aktivních a inteligentních systémů při balení některých potravin.

Abstract:

In my bachelor work I was interested in taking advantage of active and intelligent systems in wrapping of foods.In view of the fact that the wrapping of foods belongs to the most complicated process in food processing industry there is the solution of the any problem in connetion with it very topical. For the purpose to introduce the reader into this problem the work contains literature search that provides the essential information of technology of these systems and describes the available possibilities of their use.Further are mentioned the suitable methods of the wrapping of foods nowadays.In the next part are described contemporary trends in packing of foods and real outlook for the future in this field.In conclusion there is mentioned some theoretical combinations of application the active and intelligent systems at the wrapping of some foods.
