Specifics of training of handbicker for season training cycle

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce bylo prozkoumat oblast trénování u tělesně postiženého sportovce a z nasbíraných dat a osobních zkušeností vytvořit a realizovat roční tréninkový plán handbikera pro začínající až pokročilé sportovce. V teoretické části této práce jsem důkladně popsal kolo handbike, historii a jízdu na handbiku, velké závody a kategorie do kterých jsou jezdci rozdělováni na závodech. Dále jsem uvedl kapitolu o tělesném postižení, která nám přiblížila problémy, se kterými se Marek musí denně vypořádat. V praktické části popisuji jednotlivé tréninkové plány, aby bylo zřejmé, jak Marek trénoval a ukázala se celistvá koncepce celého tréninkového plánu.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to explore the area of training for physically disabled athlete and to develop and implement annual training plan based on the collected data and personal experiences suitable for beginners to advanced hand bikers. In the theoretical part I described hand bike construction, history and riding technique, big races and categories in which riders are divided at the races. Then follows a chapter on disability, in which we meet the problems with which Marek has to deal daily. In the practical part I describe individual training plans to show how Marek has trained and to show integrity of concept of the training plan as a whole.
