Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem rozložení prvků vzácných zemin (REE) ve fluoritech pomocí laserové ablace ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií indukčně vázaného plazmatu (LA-ICP-MS) a zjištěním homogenity vzorků. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on study of distribution of rare earth elements (REE) in fluorites by means of laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) and determination of their homogenity of samples.
