Abstract:
Práce pojednává o tvorbě malíře Josefa Šímy z hlediska jeho snahy o zobrazení nezobrazitelného, jež v různorodých stylových podobách provázela jeho dílo. Společným rysem těchto formálně rozličných výtvarných projevů zůstává plótínovská snaha cestou umění nalézt a nahlédnout abstraktní ideje. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the capability of Josef Šíma's artworks to depict the undepictable, which can be found in a form of use of various artistic styles throughout all his work. A congruous feature of these formally dissimilar artistic expressions remains in a Plotinic pursuit to find a way to portray and look to abstract ideas through art.
