The Bachelor thesis gives a concise development of the service of documents in the Czech civil proceedings since 1989. An integral part of this Bachelor thesis is to introduce the current legal form the service of judicial documents in civil proceedings, which took efect on July 1 2007 amendment to the Civil Procedure Code by Act No. 7/2009 Coll.
