The thesis explains the legal framework for restricting the movement of persons in the European Union from March 2020, due to the out-break of the COVID-19 pandemic. Predmetom diplomovej práce je posúdenie cestovateľských obmedzení, ktoré jednotlivé členské štáty zavádzali v súvislosti s koronavírusom v období od marca 2020. Medzi najčastejšie obmedzenia, ktoré negatívne dopadali na voľný pohyb osôb, patrilo hlavne uzatváranie hraníc či podmieňovanie vstupu negatívnym testom alebo očkovaním.
