Předmětem bakalářské práce „Dopad změny vlastnické struktury na daný podnik“ je analýza dopadů změn při změně vlastnické struktury v hotelovém zařízení. V první části práce je popsáno, jak vypadá chod hotelu. Následuje popis podniku i společností, které daný podnik vlastnily a vlastní.
