Abstract:

V této práci, vnější přitažlivost je považována z různých historických událostí, jak éře ovlivnila módu a vzhled lidí. Poté se přesuneme na moderní svět a společnost vzhledem k tomu, jak exteriér je viděn z hlediska kariéry, postupně zužuje na kariéru marketingového specialista. Poté práce přichází v další psychické formě úvahy na téma, jak jedinci vnímají vzhled. Co je úspěch? Jaké faktory brání, nebo ji doprovázejí? Jakou roli má externí odvolání hrát v úspěchu a životě? Praktická část je empirického výzkumu v oblasti průmyslu krásy. Studie ukázala, že u některých profesí vzhled jsou důležité faktory pro úspěšnou profesionální činnost v různé míře, ale není rozhodující.

Abstract:

In this paper, the external attractiveness is considered from the different historical events, how the era influenced the fashion and appearance of people. Then moving on to the modern world and society considering how appearance is seen in terms of career gradually narrowing to a marketing specialist career. Afterwards the work comes in more psychological form reasoning on the subject of how the individuals perceive appearance. What is the success? What factors hinder it or accompany it? What role does external appeal play in it? The practical part is empirical research in the field of the beauty industry. The study showed that for «certain professions appearance are important factors for successful professional activity to varying degrees but is not paramount.
