Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Přezkoumání hospodaření obcí auditorem" je analýza současné úpravy přezkoumání hospodaření obcí v České republice, jsou zjišťovány rozdíly mezi přezkoumáním hospodaření obce nezávislým auditorem a kontrolorem krajského úřadu. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část je zaměřena na obecný charakter přezkoumání hospodaření. V druhé části jsou uvedeny rozdíly mezi subjekty přezkoumání. V třetí části jsou rozebrány rozdíly ve zprávách o výsledcích přezkoumání.

Abstract:

Topic of the dissertation "Municipality economic review by an auditor" is to analyse the recent legal form of the municipality's economic review in the Czech republic, differences between the review by an auditor and a civil servant (employee of regional authority). The dissertation has three parts. The first part is focused on describing the universal character of the municipality's economic review. The second part describes the differences between an auditor and civil servant. The fhird part analyses the differences in reports about the results of the municipality's review.
