Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce si vytyčuje dva cíle, těmi jsou přibližení problematiky biomechaniky mandibuly a sestavení matematického modelu pro řešení kinematické analýzy artikulátoru. Co se týče biomechaniky mandibuly, je v práci věnovaná pozornost anatomické struktuře mandibuly a jsou zde popsány dvě skupiny svalů, které se podílejí na funkci mandibuly. Dále je uvedena anatomie a fyziologické pohyby temporomandibulárního kloubu. Závěr první poloviny této práce se zabývá stručným vymezením náplně lekářského oboru nazývaného stomatologická protetika a charakteristikou artikulátorů. Druhá polovina této bakalářské práce se soustředí na~kinematickou analýzu artikulátoru. Jedná se o úlohu polohy významného bodu na členu artikulátoru v zadaném kartézském souřadnicovém systému. Pro řešení tohoto problému byla použita maticová metoda kinematické analýzy vázaných mechanických systémů, jejíž princip a základní vztahy, o které se opírá, jsou blíže popsány. Maticová metoda je poté aplikována na zadaný problém a do prostředí programu MATLAB je implementován algoritmus pro numerické řešení zadaného problému.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor's thesis has two objectives, which are to provide introduction to the biomechanics of the mandible and to build a mathematical model for solution of the kinematic analysis of the articulator. As far as mandibular biomechanics is concerned, the thesis focuses on the anatomical structure of the mandible and describes two groups of muscles involved in mandibular function. Furthermore, the anatomy and physiological movements of the temporomandibular joint are presented. The first half of this thesis concludes with a brief definition of the scope of the medical field called dental prosthetics and the characteristics of the articulators. The second half of this bachelor's thesis focuses on the kinematic analysis of the articulator. This is the task of position analysis of important articulator body in a specified cartesian coordinate system. To solve this problem, the matrix method of kinematic analysis of multibody system is used, and its principle and the basic equations underlying it are described in more detail. The matrix method is then applied to the given problem and an algorithm for the numerical solution is constructed in the environment of the software MATLAB.
