Abstract:
Bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o potřebách dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných vzhledem k jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. V práci se zaměřuji na nezaměstnanost, mechanismy trhu práce, důsledky dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti, specifika podskupin dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných a na potřeby, kde vycházím především z motivačních teorií. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with needs of long term unemployed people relevant to their potential on labour market. I focus on unemployment, labour market mechanisms, implications of long term unemployment, specific needs of particular unemployed sub-groups and needs based on motivational theories.
