The thesis focuses on problems of economics and sustainability of immovable cultural monuments on the example of the castle in Děčín. The aim is to examine the renewal ant to find out whether the current use of the lock is sustainable and effective in the long run and what other intended steps are to be taken with regard to the future use of the building.
