Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcemi šikmých střech. V teoreticko-metodologické části poukazuje jak na možné případy poruch střešní krytiny a krovu, tak i na to jak tyto vzniklé poruchy sanovat (rekonstruovat). Dalším problémem kterým se práce zabývá, je dodatečné zateplení šikmé střechy. Jsou uvedeny konstrukční řešení střešních plášťů a příklady používaných materiálů pro izolace šikmých střech. V aplikační části se na vybraný objekt zpracovala varianta rekonstrukce střešního pláště a vypracovala se projektová dokumentace v úrovni pro stavební povolení. Na příkladech z regionu jsou uvedeny možnosti rekonstrukcí šikmých střech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with reconstructions of sloping roofs. In the theoretical-methodological section it points to possible cases of failures of the roofing and the truss and how these incurred faults should be repaired (reconstructed). Another problem the thesis deals with is the additional thermal insulation of a sloping roof. There are given structural solutions of the roof coatings and examples of materials used for the insulation of sloping roofs. In the application section there is a processed variant of a reconstruction of a roof coating for the chosen project and the project documentation has been worked up, in the level of a building permit. Using examples from the region there are shown some possibilities of reconstructing sloping roofs.
