Eurokonformním výkladem nebo také nepřímým účinkem práva Evropské unie (EU) označujeme povinnost soudů členských států vykládat a aplikovat vnitrostátní předpisy v souladu s požadavky práva EU. Each Member State's court is obliged to interpret and apply national law in compliance with requirements of European Union (EU) law. This commitment is called Euro-conforming interpretation or indirect effect.
