Optimization of Equity Capital Operations in Limited Liability Companies
Abstract:
Na konkrétních příkladech sledované společnosti popsat některé operace s vlastním kapitálem ve společnosti s ručením omezeným s přihlédnutím k velikosti a zaměření společnosti. U operace zohlednit právní, účetní i daňové hledisko. Uvést několik příkladů, ilustrujících různé varianty a vybrat optimální.
Abstract:
On particular examples of the monitored company, describe some transactions with equity capital in a limited lability company taking into accont the size and the specialization of the company. The legal, acconting and tax point sof view of the transaction are to be taken into consideration. Give some examples illustrating variol alternatives and select the optimal one.
