Effectiveness of Company Culture Implementation
Abstract:
V teoretické části je popsáno, co je firemní kultura, co firemní kulturu ovlivňuje, jaký význam firemní kultura má a jak se firemní kultura mění. V praktické části jsou popsány fáze vybírání hodnoty, která bude zkoumána a pomocí hodnotícího parametru a časových horizontů ukáže, zda je projekt efektivní či nikoliv. V případě správného a efektivního postupu dojde ke zlepšení firemní kultury.
Abstract:
The theoretical section describes what a company culture is, what influences a company culture and the importance of a company culture and how it changes. The practical part describes the phases of the selection of values which will be examined and evaluated using set parameters and time-frames and which will then show whether the project is effective or not.
