Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce, zabývající se kompetencemi mentora odborné praxe, má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části se věnuji vzdělávání všeobecných sester od jeho počátků po současnost. Dále se zabývám praktickou výukou studentů. Ve stručnosti se zmiňuji o ošetřovatelství v souvislosti s pedagogikou. Nakonec se věnuji mentorům klinické praxe. Popisuji historii mentoringu, vzdělávání …more
Abstract:
This thesis, dealing with mentor competencies of professional practice, has two parts: theoretical and practical. In the beginning of the theoretical part I deal with the education of general nurses from its beginnings to the present. I also deal with practical training of students.
