Family business within crisis Covid19

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá rodinným podnikáním za covidové krize. Na základě analýzy interních dokumentů, hloubkových rozhovorů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, byly nalezeny nedostatky a omezení, se kterými se v krizi covid-19 setkali zaměstnanci dispečinku i řidiči. Mezi hlavní nedostatky patří omezení osobní komunikace, která je v podniku prakticky nenahraditelná. Na tyto nedostatky byla následně navrhnuta nová řešení ve formě sjednocení týmu dispečerů v jiných kancelářích v případě krize, vytvoření interní-ho krizového dokumentu a vytvoření interaktivních videí pro řidiče.

Abstract:

This work explores the difficulties that family business experienced during covid-19 crisis. Based on the analysis of internal data and employee sur-veys, we found out that the restrictions had negative impact on dispatching teams and drivers also. As most employees have always communicated to-gether in person, the covid-19 social distancing regulations caused major limitations for communication across the organisation. Therefore new ways of interaction were introduced, such as unifying our dispatchers from other offices (in case of an emergency); introducing internal crisis document and creating interactive learning videos for drivers.
