Abstract:
Obsah práce je zaměřen na problematiku katarakty, konkrétně pak na operaci katarakty a její vliv na slzivost oka. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány anatomické informace o oční čočce, její biochemické složení a biochemicko-fyziologické procesy v ní probíhající. The main focus of this work is cataract, especially cataract surgery and its influence to lacrimation changes. Beginning of the theoretical part describes anatomical information about lens cristallina, her biochemical structure and biochemical and physiological processes that going inside the lens.
