V mé diplomové práci zjišťuji,zda náš absolvent učebního oboru kuchař uspokojí požadavky podnikatelů a majitelů gastronomických závodů. In my thesis, I will establish whether or not our graduate culinary apprenticeship meets the hiring requirements of prospective catering businesses.
