Trend bankrotů má stoupající charakter. Ne každý bankrot je, ale zapříčiněn hospodářskou krizí. V této práci se pokusím poukázat na řízené bankroty a úlohu, kterou sehrávají „bílé koně“. The trend of bankruptcies has rising character. Not every bankruptcy is caused by economic crisis. In this work, I will try to point out the controlled bankruptcy and the role played by the "white horses".
