Abstract:

Podiatrie je obor zabývající se studiem nohy, její anatomií, fyziologií a patofyziologií. Rovněž se zaměřuje na správnou léčbu a ošetření zdravých i nemocných nohou. Obor podiatrie zahrnuje i prevenci, diagnostiku, léčbu a edukaci pacientů trpících syndromem diabetické nohy. Závěrečná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku tohoto onemocnění a je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny informace o epidemiologii, patofyziologii, klinickém obrazu, diagnostice a léčbě syndromu diabetické nohy. Velká část je věnována ošetřovatelské péči o klienty s uvedenou diagnózou. Empirická část je zpracována formou kazuistiky konkrétního klienta trpícího syndromem diabetické nohy. Je zaměřena na psychosociální změny v životě klienta během onemocnění a na vývoj defektu při využití moderních ošetřovatelských a léčebných postupů. Anamnestická část obsahuje zhodnocení biopsychosociálního stavu před návštěvou podiatrické ambulance v NANDA doménách. Další část s názvem katamnéza je věnována ošetřovatelské a léčebné péči v podiatrické ambulanci. Biopsychosociální stav klienta je během pravidelných kontrol v ambulanci průběžně hodnocen v NANDA doménách, následuje stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a uvedení realizovaných a doporučených intervencí.

Abstract:

Podiatry is the branch of medicine concerned with the feet ? its anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. Similarly it engages in correct therapy and treatment of healthy and ill feet. The branch of podiatry comprise as well prevention, diagnostician, therapy and health education of the patients suffering from the diabetic foot syndrome. My closing bachelor's work pursue problems of this illness and is divided into theoretic and practical part. In theoretic part are quoted information about epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical picture, diagnostician and therapy of the diabetic foot syndrome. The substantial part deals with nursing care of the clients with initiate diagnosis. Empirical part is composed in a casuistic form of concrete client with the diabetic foot syndrome. Is focused on psychosocial changes in client?s life during illness and on development of defect at application of modern nursing and therapeutical procedures. Anamnestic part contains evaluation of condition by NANDA domains before the visitation of podiatric ambulance. Next section named catamnesis deals with nursing and curative care in the podiatric ambulance. Biopsychosocial condition of the client is continuously appraised by NANDA domains during regular controls in the ambulance. Then ensue the determination of nursing diagnosis and introduction of the realized and recommended interventions.
