Stále se zvyšující náklady na zdravotní péči se stávají jedním z hlavních problémů českého zdravotnictví. V důsledku toho má stát neustálé tendence vstupovat do zdravotního systému a svými zásahy (regulacemi) tak ovlivňovat chování jeho aktérů. The increasing costs of health care is becoming one of the main problems of Czech health care. The state has become a constant tendency to enter the health system as a result and its interventions (regulations) influence the behavior of its actors.
