Indicators of health care quality in waiting rooms of medical institutions
Abstract:
V teoretické části popisuji pojem kvalita a její možnosti měření a zvyšování a spokojenost pacientů. Dále popisuji, jak by měla vypadat čekárna zdravotnického zařízení.Zaměřovala jsem se i na psychologii prostředí, orientační systém a na reklamy v prostorách zdravotnického zařízení. Ve výzkumné části jsem se zabývala technickými a hygienickými požadavky na čekárny a toalety ambulantních lékařů.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part I describe the conception of quality and its possibilities of measuring and raising and patients'satisfaction. Furthermore, I describe how the waiting room of medical institution should look like. I also focused on psychology of environment, orientation system and advertising in medical care institution.
