Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifikaci a analýzu motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se zaměřujeme na teoretické koncepty motivace a stimulace. Druhá, praktická část, se pak zaměřuje na vybranou společnost Domov Libníč a Centrum sociálních služeb Empatie.
