Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vztahu mezi výší nájmu a energetickým štítkem budovy u komerčních nemovitostí ve vybrané oblasti Jihočeského kraje. Zároveň si klade za cíl poskytnout relevantní data jak pro nájemníky, tak pronajímatele a současně rozšířit nepříliš širokou literaturu k tomuto tématu.
