Abstract:
Teoretická časť sa sústreďuje na koncept štíhlej výroby, teóriu hodnotového managementu a systému tlaku a ťahu. V praktickej časti sú spracované analýzy a rozbor súčasného stavu podniku. V záverečnej časti projektu je spracované vyhodnotenie a porovnanie súčasného a budúceho stavu, z ktorého vyplývajú úspory a prínosy pre firmu.
Abstract:
The theoretical part focuses on a concept of lean production, the theory of value management and the pull and push system. In the practical part are processed and analyzes the current state of the company. The final part contains the project evaluation and compares current and future states concluding with costs reduction and further benefits for the company.
