The Project of Establishing a Multidisciplinary Mental Health Team for the Elderly in a Private Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vypracováním projektu zavedení nové služby multidisciplinárního týmu duševního zdraví pro seniory při soukromé psychiatrické ambulanci. V prvé části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky týkající se legislativy, financování zdravotnictví v ČR či strategie reformy psychiatrické péče v ČR vztahující se k MTDZ pro seniory. V druhé části je provedena situační analýza makro, mezo a mikroprostředí v kontextu založení multidisciplinárního tým duševního zdraví pro seniory. V projektové části je zhotovena nákladová, časová a riziková analýza a v poslední části diplomové práce je zhodnocen projekt zavedení multidisciplinárního týmu pro seniory při soukromé psychiatrické ambulanci.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is a project for the new service establishment of a multidisciplinary mental health team for the geriatric population as a part of the private psychiatric outpatient clinic. The first part describes the findings related to the topic of building a new service of a multidisciplinary mental health team for the geriatric population, including the its legislative support and funding in the healthcare sector, and the setting of this new service in the context of the strategy of Psychiatric care reform in the Czech Republic. The situation analysis of the makro, meso and microenvironment are used in the second part to analyze the conditions for the implementation of a multidisciplinary mental health team for the geriatric population. There is a cost, time and risk analysis performed and described in the project part of thesis and in the last part of the thesis, the project of an implementation geriatric multidisciplinary team as a part of the private psychiatric outpatient clinic is evaluated.
