Effective preparation of crisis comunications in Austin Europe holding

Abstract:

Následující práce je věnována problematice krizových komunikací, konkrétně jejich efektivní přípravě ve holdingu Austin Europe. Práce si klade za cíl zmapovat budování systému krizových komunikací v této společnosti, odhalení případných nedostatků a navržení případných kroků, majících za cíl nastavení funkční systém přípravy a budování krizové komunikace v době před krizí a v jejím průběhu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty moderní poznatky z oblasti mediálních a krizových komunikací. V praktické částí je stejné oblast mapována ve společnostech holdingu Austin Europe. V důsledku zjištěných nedostatků jsou následně navrženy konkrétní postupy.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the issue of crisis communications and to the system of its effective preparation and installment at Austin Europe holding company. Setting up an effective system of crisis communications inside this company and disclosure of potential defects in this area and projection of particular steps in order to set up a functional system of crisis communications before and during a crisis is the goal of this thesis. The modern knowledge of the area of crisis and media communications is summarized there in the theoretical part. The same area in terms of Austin Europe holding is scanned there in the project part. Particular steps are proposed based on the identified defects.
