Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumání prožívání doby návratu do práce po rodičovské dovolené. Pozornost je upřena také na pracovní adaptaci vracejících se rodičů. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumného designu bylo provedeno šest polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Data byla analyzována pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. The aim of the thesis is to explore the experience of returning to work after parental leave. It also deals with the work adaptation of returning parents. As part of the qualitative research design, six semi-structured interviews were conducted. Data were analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis.
