Tato práce se zabývá financováním a hodnocením investičních akcí municipalit. Vyjmenovává předpoklady pro investiční aktivitu municipalit, vymezuje oblasti, ve kterých by se municipality měly investičně angažovat. This work deals with financial aspects and rating of municipality investments. It specifies prerequisites for investment activity of municipality, shows areas, where municipality investments are appropriate. It describes how such investment actions should be done from the phase of recognizing the need of investment activity to final approval procedure.
