Studium struktur proteinů v rámci proteinové rodiny vyžaduje konzistentní pojmenování elementů sekundární struktury (SSE) vyskytujících se v těchto strukturách. Tradičně musí být SSE anotovány ručně. Study of structures of proteins within a protein family requires consistent naming of the secondary structure elements (SSEs) occurring in these structures. Traditionally, the SSEs have to be annotated manually. In this work an automated method for SSE annotation was designed and afterwards implemented (as a program SecStrAnnotator) in language C#.
