Soft skills development opportunities for the company's employees Rezek spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na soft skills neboli měkké dovednosti. Ve společnosti REZEK spol s.r.o. bude proveden výzkum marketingově – vzdělávacím oddělením firmy, zaměřený na soft skills u zaměstnanců REZEK spol. s r.o. Tato společnost je zaměřená na stavby rodinných domů, komunikací, inženýrských sítí a prodej stavebního materiálu. V teoretické části se zaměří na komunikaci uvnitř firmy, management a organizaci celé společnosti a soft skills. Hlavním cílem této práce je upozornit na důležitost vzdělávání zaměstnanců a zvyšování jejich kompetencí na konkrétních postech. Budování mezilidských vztahů mezi zaměstnanci a zdůraznění efektivity jejich spolupráce navzájem. V praktické části práce se bude řešit konkrétní situaci ve firmě Rezek spol. s r.o. a bude se zkoumat, jakou mají zaměstnanci úroveň znalostí a dovedností v oblasti soft skills. Na základě výzkumu bude navržený roční vzdělávací program tak, aby se práce jednotlivých lidí na postech zefektivnila a zkvalitnila se spolupráce mezi nimi. Výzkum bude proveden pomocí dotazníků, na základě kterého bude sestaven kompletní vzdělávací program pro společnost REZEK spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on soft skills or soft skills. The company Rezek Co. Ltd. will be conducted marketing research - department of education, focusing on soft skills for employees REZEK company. The company is focused on building houses, roads, utilities and sales of building materials. The theoretical part will focus on communication within the company, management and organization of the whole society, and soft skills. The main objective of this work is to highlight the importance of training staff and improving their skills in specific positions. Building interpersonal relationships among employees and emphasize the effectiveness of their cooperation with each other. The practical part will address the specific situation of the company REZEK al. Ltd. and will examine how employees increase their skills after completing year-long training program, to what extent is the program shifted their positions or not. Research will be conducted through questionnaires in two phases, before and after training completion of the program.
