Diplomová práce Vývoj právní úpravy rybářství na našem území popisuje legislativní vývoj rybářství a rybářského práva. V úvodní části práce rozebírá tématiku nejstarších právních pramenů. The aim of this thesis is to look into a development of legal framework concerning the issue of fishing in the Czech Republic. In the introductory part covers the legal framework, its development and the laws relating to the issue of fishing. Furthermore, the oldest juridical resources are analysed.
