Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá leadershipem ve společnosti DAKO-CZ, a.s. Tato práce jerozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se této problematiky. V praktické části práce je nejprve představena vybraná společnost a následně výsledky provedeného výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V poslední části dochází ke komparaci s odbornou literaturou a preferovaným stavem. Na konci jsou navrženy zlepšení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the leadership principles at DAKO-CZ, a.s. (public limited company). This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on determine basic terms concerning with this matter. In the practical part is presented chosen company and consequently the results of internal survey based on questionnaire are presented. The last part is focused on the cooperation with professional or scholarly literature and the prefer situation. On the end are suggestions for improvement.
