European Union under the Threat of International Terrorism
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on detailed analysis of the legal measures concerning terrorism on international, European and national level. The aim is to state inadequacies of the legal regulations as well as the question of balance between the security of the state and respect for basic human rights and freedoms.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca je zameraná na podrobnú analýzu právnej úpravy terorizmu na úrovni medzinárodnej, európskej a vnútroštátnej. Cieľom je poukázať na nedostatky právnej úpravy a zaoberať sa otázkou rovnováhy medzi bezpečnosťou štátu a dodržiavaním základných ľudských práv a slobôd.
